CerCo Consultants AB (CerCo) was founded in 2018 by Lars Bark and Sami Saaristo when they merged their separate companies (Actuar Development AB founded 2011 and 5 ARC Consulting AB founded 2014). With an extensive history within the areas of certification, compliance and homologation from a variety of vehicle and engine applications, the idea was to create a company where expertise about full legal scope of vehicle/engine legislations were gathered.
